JoRetro - Eccentric Vintage & Retro Mid Century Modern Accessories

This muff is a stunning rare find in wonderful condition.  One side of the muff purse is covered in a dark brown Seal Fur.  The other side is a copper colored Victorian era fabric with a brown embroidered leaf design.  The muff is trimmed out in a braided brown cord, also used for a loop handle.  A zipper secures your personal items in a pocket lined in a brown moire fabric.  The fur has recently been reconditioned to insure many more years of use.  This muff is in exceptional condition with only a few bare spots along the top seam (see last photo), that are barely noticeable.  Size is 16" x 11".

This is a very unusual vintage purse that reverses from patent leather to a tapestry tulip fabric.  The gold metal clasp and rings that hold the reversible sides are in excellent condition, as is the interior of this purse.The handle is made of a clear lucite material.  The tan fabric side has pink, yellow, blue and green tulips with gold thread stems. The outside layer easily flips over to create a completely different look.  Go from a walk in the park to evening wear in a flash.  Size is 9" wide x 7 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" deep.  The handle is 4 3/4" high.
